Self Initiated Project
Having great love for ice tea made this project easier for me as I am part of the audience that I
am designing for. I wanted something bright and bold to stand out when in a shop fridge but also
something that would make you want it and crave it, especially on a hot summers day.

The pattern on the can came from the residue that tea leaves in a cup over time, the part that is
impossible to wash out, like tea camouflage. I took that and imprinted it on to the can, with illustrated
fruit pattern.

I kept the original Nestea logo that seemed to have been updated recently and integrated it in to the
design, making it compatible with different packaging design, but also keeping it recognisable enough.

To make the can more approachable and memorable, I came up with a concept for the pull tab to be
leafed shaped with the logo on it. This would not only make it stand out but also make the interaction
with the customer special as the open the can.
